Gale heads up BioQuest's Health Information
Technology Practice Group, focusing on
CEO and senior management searches and
is a member of the Medical Device Practice.
Gale's 18 years of healthcare experience,
includes managing and building high growth
sales teams for medical device and healthcare
information technology companies. Gale
uses her industry knowledge, management
experience and direct communication style
to ensure a successful search and to build
long-term partnerships with her clients.
Prior to joining BioQuest, Gale was a
Vice President with a national retained
search firm that specialized in venture-backed
start-up telecommunications and internet
companies. Through her search assignments
Gale successfully executed CEO and senior
executive searches for top-tier venture
capital clients.
For 5 years Gale was the Vice President
of Sales for Lumedx, an emerging cardiology
information technology company, where she
built and directed the national sales organization.
Previously, Gale was Sales Director at
Spacelabs Medical, where she managed a
50 person regional sales office.
Gale received her BS in nursing from Texas
Woman's University.
