Prior to joining BioQuest, Heather spent 13 years at McCormack & Farrow, a retained executive search firm, where she most recently served as a Partner responsible for the Bioscience practice. Prior to her appointment as Partner, Heather served as the Director of Research and initially joined the firm as a Research Associate after graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Social Sciences in 1993.
Previously, Heather served in internship roles with the Research Department of the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C., an urban planning and development organization, and a variety of law firms with practice specialties in environmental, family and corporate law.
Heather is the President and Co-Founder of the Southern California Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
